GARLANDS:
Turnaround time on garlands will always be displayed on the home page banner on the top of the screen. Each garland is handmade to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be created before shipping unless stated otherwise.

Care: Each garland is reinforced with interfacing to provide structure and stability, however they do feature raw edges. We recommend handling gently to minimise natural fraying over time.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot offer returns or refunds. However, if something is not quite right, please don't hesitate to reach out - I want you to love your garland.

Standard Australia Wide shipping: 3-10 business days.

In peak periods please allow for up to 3 business days from date of processing.
